The aims of this report are to: (1) outline the current evidence for the link between asthma and OSA in the pediatric population; (2) summarize the pathophysiological mechanisms linking the 2 conditions; and (3) discuss diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for coexisting asthma and OSA in children.
